Terms of Use

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the SubGuardian mobile application and website operated by Cruz Enterprises Pty Ltd.

SubGuardian is a subscription tracking and reminder tool. It helps you organise information, but it does not provide financial, legal, tax, banking, investment, or cancellation services.

Use of the service

SubGuardian helps users track recurring subscriptions, renewal dates, billing amounts, price changes, cancellation links, and related subscription information. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter or import.

Responsibility notice

You remain responsible for verifying subscription details, managing, cancelling, and paying your subscriptions directly with each provider.

SubGuardian and Cruz Enterprises Pty Ltd do not process, cancel, control, or guarantee third-party subscription charges, billing dates, renewals, cancellations, refunds, or provider decisions.

Reminders, insights, cancellation guidance, renewal dates, and review prompts are based on information available in the app and may be incomplete or inaccurate if subscription details change, notifications are disabled, device settings prevent reminders, or information entered/imported into the app is incorrect.

Premium subscriptions

SubGuardian may offer optional Premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. Payment is charged through the app store account you use to subscribe, such as your Apple ID account or Google Play account.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off before the end of the current billing period according to the rules of the store where you subscribed. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings after purchase.

Import, export, and backup

SubGuardian may allow you to import, export, create local encrypted backup files, and restore app data. You are responsible for reviewing imported data, protecting exported or backup files, and confirming that information is accurate before relying on it.

User responsibilities

You agree to use SubGuardian lawfully and to maintain accurate subscription information where accuracy matters to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cruz Enterprises Pty Ltd is not responsible for financial decisions, missed cancellations, renewal charges, forgotten subscriptions, unexpected provider charges, inaccurate imported data, disabled notifications, or other outcomes resulting from your use of SubGuardian.

Privacy

Your use of SubGuardian is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Platform terms

Your use of paid subscriptions may also be subject to Apple App Store or Google Play terms, depending on where you subscribe.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of SubGuardian after updates means you accept the updated terms.
